Recipient and provider
VšĮ “Dievo darbai” receives shop payments and support intended for Žuvelė. A Holy Mass intention offering goes to the parish named on the page. Active electronic payment methods are provided through EveryPay and shown at checkout.
Payment status
“Pending” means that reliable confirmation from the payment provider has not yet arrived. Returning to the website is not proof of payment. Each payment has a unique reference so that the same confirmation cannot be counted twice.
Failed payments and refunds
Check the order status and your bank statement before paying again. Full refunds, and partial refunds when available, are initiated by authorized staff and checked against the provider’s status.
Recurring support and card data
Recurring support can be stopped through the provider or by contacting Žuvelė. Full card numbers and security codes are not stored by Žuvelė.
