Cancellation and changes
Cancellation is available through the private participant page or by contacting the organizer. Refund rules depend on the event-specific terms shown before registration and applicable law.
Safety, accessibility, and photographs
Only necessary accessibility or safety information should be provided. Pastoral programs do not replace medical or psychological care. Several general event photographs may be taken as part of a retreat. Separate permission is required for a photograph deliberately featuring one participant.
