Scope and specific terms

These terms apply to the website, accounts and free content. A purchase, donation, Mass intention, spiritual-gifts assessment or retreat registration may be subject to specific terms shown before submission. Specific terms prevail where they differ.

Account and security

Provide accurate information, protect sign-in details and do not share private access links. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service, with a route to challenge the decision.

Age

Independent payments, contracts and submission of sensitive information are intended for adults or persons acting with the consent of a lawful representative. Event-specific age rules are shown on the event page.

Content and responsible use

Žuvelė content is informational and pastoral. It does not replace emergency, medical, psychological, or legal support. Interfering with the service, bypassing access restrictions, and unlawfully collecting other people’s data are prohibited.

Orders, registrations and payments

A contract is formed only after the item or service, final amount and essential terms are shown and the user submits the order. A browser return page is not proof of payment; provider confirmation controls the final status.

Third-party services

Links may lead to YouTube, EveryPay, Contribee, maps, or other providers. Their own terms and privacy notices apply after leaving Žuvelė.

Complaints and changes

Contact info@zuvele.lt or use the complaint form first. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Published versions are immutable; a change is made by publishing a new version.
