Before ordering
The product and checkout pages show the seller, main characteristics, availability, final euro price, delivery cost, active payment method and essential information. Only administrator-approved delivery options are offered.
Contract and payment
An order is submitted through a button that clearly indicates the payment obligation. Payment status is final only after reliable provider confirmation. The email confirmation identifies the order and applicable terms version.
Delivery
Checkout currently accepts Lithuanian delivery addresses and active delivery methods. Tracking is provided when available. Mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal and refunds
A consumer generally has 14 days after receipt to withdraw from a distance contract for physical goods, subject to statutory exceptions. The electronic withdrawal form is available to guests and account holders. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost.

Digital content
No digital-content exception is claimed until a specific digital product and its legally reviewed terms are enabled.
